Ms. Nye designs and delivers customer relationship marketing and consultative selling programs and training. She has led scores of projects, workshops and training sessions helping her clients grow their business by developing deeper, trusted relationships with their customers.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales and marketing processes and tools, skills and capabilities mapping and development, and metrics. She has extensive experience as a coach and mentor and has trained hundreds of sales and marketing people.
Ms. Nye is a partner of ITSMA, IT Services Marketing Association and an associate of Adjunct LLC. She is an adjunct faculty member in business administration at Colby-Sawyer College. She has been a guest lecturer in marketing at the Art Center Europe and a Research Associate at IMD, International Management Development Institute. She is a frequent speaker on sales, marketing, women and leadership and global business.
Prior to starting her consulting practice, Ms. Nye held senior leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard Company, Microsoft Corporation and in the Swiss watch industry. She has led marketing organizations for businesses with revenues in excess of $1.5B. She has managed a regional sales force with order volumes of more than $250M with an average growth of more than 30% and 6-fold profitability improvement.
